Power of cancellation

I have read the terms of the supplier and explain my consent. I have taken note of the cancellation.

IST - Trial subscription

I would like to subscribe to "IST" on a trial basis and would like to receive 1 free sample issue(s) of the magazine by post. I will also receive free access to the magazine's online archive for the duration of my subscription to the magazine.

If I decide to continue my magazine subscription after receiving the 1 sample issue(s), I must take no further action. I will then receive 4 issues of the magazine each year at the current annual subscription price of {{price}} € incl. {{tax}}% VAT plus {{shipping-national}} € in delivery costs (domestic) or {{shipping-international}} € (abroad). The subscription can be terminated at any time until the next edition becomes available simply by informing the Customer service. Amounts paid in excess for undelivered issues are then refunded.

If I decide against continuing my magazine subscription after receiving the sample issue, I must inform the Customer service no later than 14 days after receiving the 1 sample issue. Upon giving notice within the prescribed period, the matter is brought to a close and I do not have any payment obligations.

I would like to receive interesting offers on IST of the Springer Nature Group (http://group.springernature.com/gp/group) by email. I can withdraw my consent at any time and free of cost by sending an email to marketing.magazines@springer.com.

The payment obligation only applies if the free trial subscription is not cancelled as stated above.
