What are my payment options?

Pay conveniently against invoice. 

I have a question about my invoice. Who can I ask?

You will find all the contact information for our Customer Service Centre on the left hand side of your invoice. You will also find your customer and invoice number in the heading of your invoice.

Can I return an order if it does not correspond to my expectations?

Yes, you can return goods without giving reasons within two weeks of receipt. You will find more information on your right of cancellation here.

Where can I buy your magazines?

You can order all magazines of Springer Fachmedien Wiesbaden GmbH in this shop or from all bookshops. 

Can subscriptions be limited?

Yes.

Can I also order single issues?

Yes, you can order single copies of each magazine directly in this shop.

Can I have a trial subscription?

Yes, you can order a trial subscription. You will receive 2 free issues per magazine. The trial subscription will automatically be converted to a subscription if it is not cancelled within 14 days of receiving the last issue.

Am I taking a risk by subscribing?

No, you are not taking any risk by subscribing with us. You can cancel the subscription at any time effective from the next available issue by contacting the Springer Customer Service Center GmbH (SCSC). We will of course reimburse any amounts paid in excess.

I have moved. Where do I send my change of address?

You can enter your change of address directly in the shop, in the Customer Service section. Or contact our Springer Customer Service Center GmbH (SCSC).

Where can I find my customer number?

  • Your customer number is written on the address label: a ten-digit number between # or *,
  • You can find it on invoices and reminders,
  • Or you can ask the Springer Customer Service Center GmbH (SCSC). 

Where can I find the cancellation periods?

In the imprint of each magazine. In principle, you are not taking any risk with us. Each subscription (except for Leser Werben Leser) is fully flexible and can be cancelled at any time.

Can I request individual magazine articles?

Many of our magazines have an online archive on their respective magazine website. As a subscriber, you can access this archive for free. Non-subscribers can download articles against payment.

Who do I contact if I cannot find magazine articles in the online archive?

The Springer Customer Service Center GmbH (SCSC) (telephone 06221. 345-4303) will be glad to assist you.
